About The Position

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America offers an invaluable internship program designed to foster personal and professional growth. Interns, who come from diverse academic backgrounds and stages of education (undergraduate, graduate, and recent graduates), travel to the Washington, D.C. area to support the organization's mission. The program includes opportunities to attend meetings and press conferences with prominent pro-life leaders and members of Congress, as well as seminars and workshops focused on government, policy, and the pro-life movement. Interns also engage in social gatherings to network with other D.C. interns.

Requirements

• Self-starters with good communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple demands and work with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
• At least 18 years of age by the internship program start date.
• Ability to commit to the full internship term.
• Recent graduates or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a college, community college, or university (two-to-four year institution).

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including completing typical daily administrative support.
• Involvement in larger departmental projects such as political and legislative research, fundraising, and communications.
