About The Position

The SBA Franchise Development Officer Senior is responsible for managing and growing existing franchise relationships, which are approximately $25-$50MM in size. The role involves identifying top franchise brands and engaging with key contacts to generate SBA loan volume. This is a development role focused on expanding the franchise loan portfolio.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of Franchise Business Development or experience building franchise relationships
Ability to travel as required

Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources
Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor

Responsibilities

Manage existing franchise relationships and drive growth.
Identify and target top franchise brands for SBA loan volume.
Develop and streamline loan processes for franchise brands.
Assess the risk profile of borrowers.
Support the line of business and job family through various tasks.
Conduct training, administrative tasks, and support the franchise loan process.
Track productivity and maintain brand-specific reporting.
Manage meetings with vendors.
Oversee loan volume in and out of the credit loan center.
Handle customer and vendor issues related to SBA loans.
Create brand-specific reports for volume tracking and referral fees.
Travel to vendors, present SBA loan options, and educate franchisees at conferences and discover days.
Perform other duties as assigned.
