About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking an educator skilled in saxophone who is dedicated to empowering learners. The Music Teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment for students of varying ages and skill levels. The role involves communicating with students and parents, coordinating with store teams on lesson scheduling, and using musical expertise to encourage students’ progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience, especially on saxophone.

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience with related instruments.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments, including banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice.

Responsibilities
