About The Position

As a Sawmill Supervisor at Interfor, you’ll lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of logs and lumber through the mill. You’ll drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements while fostering open communication and a culture of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in sawmill operations will make a direct impact on our success. The shift for this position is Night Shift.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Analytical mindset with a knack for resolving challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with optimization is an asset.
Minimum high school diploma, 3+ years in sawmill operations, and 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
