• Previous experience opening a cut-off saw to cut off pipe ends or rejected threads.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Opening a cut-off saw to cut off pipe ends or rejected threads.
• Selecting appropriate saw blades, adjusting feed rates, and setting position guides.
• Safely loading, cutting, and handling raw materials (often using forklifts or hoists) based on cut lists and blueprints.
• Operating swaging equipment as directed.
• Performing routine tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and changing dull or broken blades.
• Manually drifting pipe as required.
• Performing shop cleanup as needed.
• Performing abrasive blasting of threaded ends as required.
• Assisting machine operators with heavy tooling used when setting up machines.
