Requirements

2 to 5 years experience in a high volume full service fast paced Scratch Kitchen
Strong ability to multitask under pressure
Great time management skills
Enjoy a high level of responsibility and impact
Passionate for food and scratch cooking
Tidy and clean
Communicate clearly, write well, and speak well
Basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station
Like a clean and organized cooking station
Happy, trusting, passionate and determined
Can put yourself in the others person’s shoes

Nice To Haves

High School (preferred)
Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)

Responsibilities

Ensure only “fresh” high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes
Prepare thoroughy and strive for perfection
Ensure proper recipe execution utilizing the recipe monitor during the preparation and cooking process
Ensure proper food cooling, storage, labeling, and dating
Sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools
Prepare highest quality, house-made sauces, soups, dressings and proteins to the recipe specifications
