About The Position

At this location, our saucier earns $20 / hour and an additional $2 in tips. We are looking for Enthusiastic, Motivated, Team-Oriented individuals. Requirements

Basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station.
Startup, shut down, shift maintenance, clean and repair as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
Communicate clearly, write well, and speak well.
Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)

Responsibilities

Ensure only “fresh” high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes.
Ensure proper recipes are displayed on the monitor during the preparation and cooking process.
Ensure proper food cooling, storage, labeling, and dating.
Sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools.
Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
