Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join their Sales Department team on Saturdays. Requirements
- Reliable and punctual - must be able to work Saturdays
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems
- All applicants must be at least 19 years old
- Able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and determine their needs with professionalism and warmth
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, or take clear, detailed messages
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments
- Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed
- Follow all receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence
