The Role: Roll-Off Route Driver We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL A Driver in Colombus, OH and surrounding areas to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle daily pickups and deliveries of roll-off containers filled with recyclable glass materials—playing a key part in our sustainability mission.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (required)
• At least 1 year of recent driving experience (or equivalent military experience)
• Strong knowledge of truck safety & commercial driving regulations
• Clean driving record and safety-first mindset
• Solid time management and reliability
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow processes, policies, and safety standards

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks on daily routes
• Pick up and deliver containers to customer locations
• Load and unload materials at each site
• Ensure compliance with all DOT, federal, state, and local regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and respect
• Maintain equipment awareness and perform basic safety checks
• Step in to support other routes/equipment (roll-off or tractor trailer) when needed
