In this position, you’ll be based in the Houston office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, accounting, or analysis
  • Experience processing transactions within CLO suite
  • Strong Excel skills and solid experience across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to independently review and process information efficiently and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail, with solid math, reconciliation, and research skills
  • Experience identifying exceptions and ensuring compliance with established guidelines
  • Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills
  • Experience in Corporate Trust environments
  • Ability to mentor and train less‑senior team members
  • Strong customer‑service mindset, with the ability to listen, assess needs, and recommend solutions
  • Experience using trust processing applications such as Optics, Laser, Phoenix, and TranStar

Responsibilities

  • Processing and reconciling complex loan, asset, and security transactions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Reviewing transaction activity to ensure compliance with legal agreements, internal controls, and procedures
  • Researching and interpreting governing legal documents to resolve discrepancies related to payments and collateral
  • Providing remittance, correction, and reporting information to servicers and deal parties
  • Analyzing servicer reports to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving exceptions while supporting risk‑compliant solutions
  • Collaborating across teams and supporting or mentoring junior analysts as needed
