About The Position

This role ensures the proper flow and accuracy of inventory within the Remanufacturing facility. This role will interface with Materials Planning, Materials Handling, and Quality to identify new materials, delivery issues, inventory accuracy, and lean flow delivery of materials.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge and two (2) years minimum experience with SAP IM/WM modules a requirement.
• Computer literacy with one (1) year experience is required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule - Shift may need to be earlier from time-to-time to communicate with European Union supply base.
• Candidate must be able to operate independently and with little guidance.
• Must be a positive contributor to a team environment required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of advanced systems and basic database relationships
• Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, flexible and able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation
• Ability to stay organized and effective time management are critical to role.
• Must be good at succinctly defining issues and bringing them quickly to resolution.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Will ensure proper procedures are followed and develop and or adjust procedures as required to increase inventory accuracy and maintain PACCAR standards.
• Ensure minimum/maximum inventory line delivery balances are maintained.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in all operations of the Remanufacturing process.
• Ensures daily ergonomic work procedures are in place for safe and efficient handling of parts.
• Liaison with Manufacturing Engineering to line balance parts and part location efficiency.
• Coordinates with Materials Handlers the correct delivery and location of line parts.
• Interfaces with Materials managers and Master Data Administrator on root cause analysis of inventory issues.
• Other job duties as assigned.
