The Workforce & Organization (W&O) capability is Capgemini Invent's people-led transformation practice, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. Within PCA, SAP S/4 Tech Change roles align organizational change, workforce readiness, training, digital adoption, process standardization, cutover, and sustained adoption for SAP and ERP programs.
Requirements
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
- Able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
- Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
- Training project management, change, digital adoption, or ERP implementation experience.
- Training workplan and content-timeline experience.
- SAP S/4HANA or ERP familiarity.
- WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, or similar experience.
- Strong stakeholder and project coordination.
- Matrixed team experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated training plans and content development.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, reviews, and readiness.
- Lead WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and guidance assets.
- Translate process inputs into adoption deliverables.
- Coordinate SMEs, change teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare readiness.
- Maintain governance and reporting.
- Improve content through feedback.
