SAP Technology Lead - Senior Manager

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our SAP and Consulting practice to the next level and currently have an opportunity for an SAP S/4HANA Technology Lead, at Senior Manager Level, to join the team.
Requirements
- Adept at developing strategies and points of views to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
- Owned the overall Architecture on large business transformation projects in close collaboration with business and delivery stakeholders
- Keen to be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Ability to shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
- Ability to act as a mentor and sponsor for architects and technology leads, supporting capability growth and career progression within the practice.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating wide, proven expertise across the SAP Technology landscape
- Applying expertise & guiding clients from a Discovery Phase, driving important decisions such as the S/4HANA migration approach (brown, blue, greenfield), through to go-live.
- Sharing your wide knowledge across the SAP Technology Landscape, with deep expertise in one or two areas (e.g. Integration or Development)
- Showcasing you ability to agree and define target and interim architectures
- Working on end to end experience implementing S/4HANA projects
- Translating business requirements into scalable, fit‑for‑purpose technical architectures and delivery decisions
- Using your experience leading teams, influencing customers and providing a point of view
