Primary L3 SAP Technology Architect
About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Primary L3 SAP Technology Architect position for our client. This is a remote, 6-month contract role with possible extension. The role involves providing L3 technical architecture and support across a range of SAP technologies, integrations, security, and related systems. Key responsibilities include supporting SAP integrations and interfaces, designing and supporting SAP and HANA Single Sign-On solutions, providing SAP security and certificate management, managing SAP Solution Manager and LMDB, and offering technical support for SAP Basis escalations and complex production issues. The architect will also provide architectural support for AutoSys and technical/architectural support for Dazel. Collaboration with Basis, security, infrastructure, and application teams is essential for troubleshooting and implementing solutions, along with maintaining technical documentation and architecture standards.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- 8+ years of experience with SAP technical architecture, Basis, integrations, security, and related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP integration technologies.
- Experience supporting SAP/HANA Single Sign-On and enterprise authentication solutions.
- Experience with SAP security, certificates, and encryption technologies.
- Experience with Solution Manager, LMDB, AutoSys, and complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to provide L3 support and resolve complex production issues.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical architecture and support across SAP technologies, integrations, security, and related systems.
- Support SAP integrations and interfaces with bolt-on systems, including SAP PI/PO, IDoc, RFC, and ALE.
- Design and support SAP and HANA Single Sign-On solutions using SAML, LDAP, Logon Tickets, and NetWeaver Portal.
- Provide SAP security and certificate management support.
- Manage and support SAP Solution Manager and LMDB.
- Provide technical support for SAP Basis escalations and complex production issues.
- Provide architectural support for AutoSys, including SSL and encryption key management.
- Provide technical and architectural support for Dazel.
- Collaborate with Basis, security, infrastructure, and application teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture standards.
