As an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives. This position requires regular travel to meet with external clients, and you will engage in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
  • Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
  • Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies.
  • Proficient in application development tools and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Ability to work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
  • Experience initiating the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
  • Ability to liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
