About The Position

EY's Agile Business Transformation, enabled by SAP technology, helps organizations address challenges in the digital era. Our collaborative SAP approach focuses on more than technology alone. We take a comprehensive, business-first view to address strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, technology and operational impacts in tandem. In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
SAP certification(s).

Responsibilities

Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
Performing day-to-day SAP BASIS related operations including installations of software components, establishing technical connectivity, documentation, release management, systems monitoring, and on-going system maintenance.
Ensuring technical SAP system readiness based on specific project needs.
Working closely with application development, integration and process teams to enable specific technology solutions as needed.
Troubleshooting complex SAP technology issues and improving system stability.
Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance the overall user experience.
Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.
