About The Position

As a Senior Manager – SAP Supply Chain Tower Lead (OSS), you will play a critical leadership role in shaping, delivering, and scaling SAP Supply Chain services across Application Development (AD) and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements (SAP and Non/SAP systems). This role is responsible for owning tower‑level delivery, driving operational excellence, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients across ongoing support, transformation, and enhancement programs. You will lead multi‑vendor delivery teams, owning end‑to‑end accountability for SAP Supply Chain solutions across modules such as SD/OTC, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and IBP, while ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and business value realization in both run and change landscapes. The role requires strong leadership experience across development programs and/or AMS engagements, with the ability to rapidly adapt delivery models and governance to meet client needs. In this position, you will balance hands‑on delivery leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring predictable outcomes across service levels, enhancements, releases, and transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with client leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross‑tower counterparts to align SAP Supply Chain solutions with broader business objectives and long‑term roadmaps. As a SaaS Solution Architect, you will bring your SaaS - and also non-SaaS - technology capabilities to architect solutions, converting business ambitions into Multi-Pillar SaaS architectures that enable agile, flexible and end-to-end business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of SAP experience, with delivery leadership across Application Development (AD) and/or Application Management Services (AMS).
  • Strong SAP Supply Chain knowledge (Past hands-on experience) across MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and integrated end‑to‑end processes.
  • Executive‑level client engagement experience, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience supporting account growth, renewals, and expansion in partnership with account leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the assigned Supply Chain functional area, leadership exposure across Development and AMS projects (or exposure to Development project and ability to quickly learn AMS projects).
  • Independently lead functional design discussion aligned with SAP best practices and Maintain strong knowledge of business processes and cross-module integrations
  • Lead the SAP Supply Chain Tower across AMS and AD, with full responsibility for delivery excellence, service quality, and client satisfaction and Act as functional escalation point for issues and solution decisions
  • Production Support Ownership- Leading L2/L3 Application Support for the functional tower, Ensure system availability, stability, and business continuity and
  • Take ownership of high-priority incidents, production outages, and act as functional escalation point for issues and solution decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of business Processes and cross-module integrations.
  • Engage with business users, process owners, architects, and program leadership, Coordinate/Lead functional workshops, design reviews, and governance forums & Communicate risks, dependencies, solution options, and impacts clearly
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes, Manage recurring issues and reduction of incident backlog and Ensure SLA, OLA, and KPI compliance
  • Oversee and guide SAP development initiatives, enhancements, and modernization programs while maintaining system stability in managed services environments.
  • Act as a client‑facing leader, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advising on solution direction, operational improvements, and transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account, solutioning, and practice leadership on growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the SAP Supply Chain tower, promoting a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation.
