About The Position

Provide support for distribution systems and operations and assist with implementing distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The role supports the distribution center with system-related issues, trains team members on system functionality, troubleshoots problems, and develops and updates training materials for new functionality and system updates. It also assists with system testing and uses data analysis tools in collaboration with the SAP team while contributing to departmental process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution center or manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and system updates.
• Assist with system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Use data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
• Continuously support departmental process improvements.
• Assist in implementing distribution projects and initiatives.
