About The Position

Provide support for all distribution systems and operations and assist in implementing distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The role supports distribution center systems, helps team members use system functionalities, troubleshoots system issues, develops training materials, and supports system testing and departmental process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution center or manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Develop and update training materials for new system functionality and updates.
• Assist with system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Use data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
• Continuously support and participate in departmental process improvements.
• Assist in implementing distribution projects and initiatives.
