About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect position for our client. This role involves designing and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to establish key business capabilities, enable strategic initiatives, and drive operational improvements. The architect will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives. This position requires providing technical thought leadership for the SuccessFactors platform across all modules, leading solution architecture and design activities, and ensuring solutions adhere to industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards. Collaboration across teams is essential to resolve complex technical and design issues and minimize technical debt. The role also includes developing, supporting, and enhancing the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR technology solutions, leading and managing a technical team of engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to evaluate solution options and make architecture recommendations. Establishing and promoting agile practices, architecture standards, and implementation best practices is also a key responsibility. The architect will stay current with new SAP SuccessFactors products, capabilities, and features, incorporating relevant innovations into solution designs, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business and technology strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to evaluate emerging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and determine opportunities for business and operational improvement.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Experience serving as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Experience working across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integrating HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing architecture strategies that support business objectives while minimizing technical debt.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology implementations, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
