About The Position

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to join its growing HR technology consulting practice. This position is suited to a consultant with hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions who wants to develop consulting skills in a collaborative, growing organization. The role primarily focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and related talent acquisition processes. Exposure to SmartRecruiters, or an interest in developing expertise in it, is highly desirable. The consultant will participate in client workshops and gather and document business requirements; configure and support RCM solutions; and assist with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding activities as needed. The role also involves supporting system testing, creating and maintaining configuration documentation, process flows, and test scripts, assisting with production deployments and post-go-live support, troubleshooting application issues, and recommending solutions. The consultant will support recruiting process improvements and system optimization, collaborate with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders, and participate in product training, certification programs, and professional development initiatives. Requirements

2–5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
Experience participating in SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
Understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
If lacking SmartRecruiters experience, a strong willingness to learn and complete relevant training or certifications as needed.

Nice To Haves

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification.
Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) or Onboarding 2.0.
Exposure to SmartRecruiters as an administrator, end user, support resource, or implementation team member.
Experience with recruiting platforms such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Taleo, or SmartRecruiters.
Experience working within a consulting, HR technology, or HRIS environment.
Prior SmartRecruiters experience is a strong plus.
