About The Position

We are expanding our SAP SuccessFactors HCM practice and seeking experienced consultants across multiple specializations. Whether you're a hands-on functional expert or a solution architect, we have global opportunities to match your expertise. We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors consultants with proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Time Tracking – SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management implementation and support, Payroll & Integration – Payroll expertise with hands-on integration experience from Employee Central (EC) to S/4HANA, Core Consultants – SuccessFactors core module functional consultants (Employee Central, ECP, and related modules), Architects – SuccessFactors solution architects able to design and lead end-to-end HCM landscapes, SmartRecruiters Specialists – SmartRecruiters experience with AI certification required.

Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on SuccessFactors implementation and support experience
• Relevant SAP / SuccessFactors certifications (SmartRecruiters AI certification required for that role)
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
• German speakers preferred

Responsibilities
