About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead (ECP Lead) opening for our premier client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Role: Lead end-to-end implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions Architect and design payroll processes aligned with business and regulatory requirements Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems (e.g., time, benefits, finance) Oversee payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Drive configuration of schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll controls Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams Lead defect resolution, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and go-live activities Provide leadership to functional and technical teams, including offshore coordination Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives Required skills: EC Payroll Lead Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
