Requirements

Ferocious Learner: A relentless curiosity for AI, strategy, and emerging business models
Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of AI technologies, architectures, and their implications without the need for coding skills
Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect technical insights to business models and strategies, with a focus on B2B verticals
Exceptional Communication: Skilled in abstract thinking, concise writing, and making complex topics understandable for diverse audiences
Communication & Organization: Organized, detail-oriented, and editorially sharp, with warm communication, proactive stakeholder alignment, and the ability to turn conversations into clear, accurate show notes and manage production workflows smoothly
Collaborative & Autonomous: Comfortable working remotely while engaging with a diverse, international team

Additional skills in audio or video content creation are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Research & Thought Leadership: Deeply explore AI-driven business strategies, particularly in the LLM and agentic system domains. Collaborate to refine existing ideas and develop new, publishable insights
Content Creation: Write, edit, and structure content (white papers, articles, diagrams, or visuals) for diverse media channels. Additional skills in audio or video content creation are a plus but not required
Strategic Engagement: Connect with other AI thought leaders, formulate engagement strategies, and build plans to foster collaboration
Insight Generation: Develop concise, technically sound explanations of advanced AI concepts, including architectural innovations and strategic implications
Podcast Operations: Coordinate and manage the full episode lifecycle of Process Transformers Podcast, ensuring a steady cadence, high-quality episodes, and a smooth experience for all stakeholders
