About The Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead large Managed Services programs, SAP implementations, and AI/automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years SAP experience
- 7+ years as SAP Service Delivery/Program Manager
- Hands-on in SAP FICO or Logistics (MM/LE/WM) & cross-module integration
- Led multiple large managed services programs & SAP Activate implementations
- Expertise in ITIL best practices, AI infusion, automation, chatbots & GenAI
- Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
