About The Position

As the Manager - SAP, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong focus on S/4 HANA and EWM implementations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex SAP SAP projects, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and EWM modules, including their functionalities and implementation strategies.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to work independently and manage a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Willingness to travel as required for project engagements and client meetings.

Nice To Haves

Certified SAP Project Manager or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP projects, including S/4 HANA and EWM implementations, from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and clients, fostering a positive working relationship.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and promote their adoption within the organization.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
