About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. This role will lead, govern, and oversee the security architecture, administration, and operations support team for the global SAP landscape. The SAP Security Lead will provide technical leadership and operational oversight to the SAP security team, serving as the escalation point for complex or high-risk access and authorization decisions. This position requires partnering with functional and development teams to ensure shared accountability for appropriate access decisions and ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and control sets. The role involves validating documentation, testing, and validation of roles, processes, and controls, as well as collaborating with and assisting internal/external audits. System access reviews will be performed to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Additionally, the SAP Security Lead is responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports, interviewing and hiring team members, creating plans, assigning work, and creating opportunities to develop leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related area, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with creating and managing SAP user access and knowledge of SAP security roles.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
