About The Position

Kyndryl is expanding its SAP consulting team to fulfill the growing demand for performant, flexible, and efficient SAP environments. This role involves helping top industry-leading clients with their SAP Digital Transformation journeys, advising and implementing SAP FICO Transformation projects, collaborating with global teams, and innovating, designing, building, and optimizing solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprises. As an Application Consultant, you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other professionals and benefiting from investment in learning, training, and career growth. This position offers exposure to global projects, cutting-edge technologies, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, Leading Finance & Controlling Digital Transformations & providing Solution Architecture
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO
Participation in a minimum of 4 SAP Implementations, preferably global rollouts.
Minimum of 2 ECC to S/4 HANA migrations experience
Hands-on experience and knowledge of General Ledger, Reporting, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing & Cost Center Accounting
Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP FICO module with at least two other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modules
Has developed training document and delivered end-user training

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a larger consulting organization.
Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
Thorough understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
Strong background in Oil and Gas Greenfield and brownfield implementations
Exposure and knowledge across other Functional Modules (MM, PP, WM, OTC, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

Helping our top Industry-leading clients with their SAP Digital Transformation journeys with your deep experience in SAP and the Oil and Gas Industry.
Advise and Implement SAP FICO Transformation projects.
Collaborate with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions.
Innovate, Design, Build, and Optimize solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprises.
Experience managing on and offshore resources and deliverables
Experience conducting blueprint workshops for FICO areas, designing test scripts, developing complex functional specifications
Help document and coordinate go-live activities, perform post go-live support and transition project(s) to long term support
Create business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary
Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding standard configuration and SAP functionality by staying aware of new trends & future enhancements
