About The Position

CTG is hiring an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support security design, access governance, and compliance initiatives across ECC and S/4HANA environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC and a solid understanding of SOX and audit processes. The duration of this contract is 9 months. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Security & GRC experience
• Strong experience with SAP GRC 10.x and/or 12.x
• Hands-on expertise with PFCG, SU01, and SUIM
• Experience with SoD analysis, audits, and compliance (SOX)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Security and/or GRC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Support SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM)
• Perform SoD analysis, risk identification, and remediation
• Manage user provisioning, role changes, and access reviews
• Support audits and ensure SOX compliance
• Collaborate with business, functional, and BASIS teams
• Assist with upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities
