About The Position

EY is seeking a Manager for their Technology Consulting, Technologies & Platforms, Risk Technology – SAP Security and GRC team. This role involves providing Risk Management services to clients, focusing on enhancing risk strategy, optimizing risk management functions, and improving controls and processes through the implementation of SAP Application Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools. The position will assist clients in overcoming risk management challenges and improving business performance within SAP Application Security and GRC. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing client processes into SAP GRC Access Control tools, utilizing leading practice business tools and methodologies, and working with clients on transformation journeys involving Application security, GRC Access Control, or similar SaaS offerings. The role also involves designing and developing SAP Security solutions across various SAP applications (On-prem/Cloud/SaaS) according to business requirements and security/compliance standards, participating in SAP audit discussions, and communicating across functions to identify and document requirements. Staying updated on industry developments in SAP Security and GRC is also crucial. The role requires managing and motivating diverse teams, consistently delivering quality client services, demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities, maintaining client relationships, managing project delivery, and cultivating business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience, OR a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in an SAP Security and GRC lead role.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with designing, building, testing and deploying Application security framework across various SAP applications, including SAP S/4 HANA, and FIORI.
  • Experience in 1 full end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementation (version 12.0 or higher), including designing process to support review of Segregation of Duties (SOD)s and Critical Actions (CA); temporary emergency management, and user provisioning.
  • 2 years of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.
  • 3 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • 3 years of professional services client facing consulting experience.
  • Must be a "United States worker" as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.

Nice To Haves

  • Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international to serve client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP audit discussions (Internal & External), questions and help resolve governance, compliance issues.
  • Communicate across functions (internal and external to EY) to identify and document functional requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, practices, and trends with the SAP Security and GRC space.
  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Manage project delivery.
