About The Position

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. We are seeking an experienced and highly driven SAP Sales Leader / Business Head — SAP Practice to own revenue generation, pipeline development, strategic alliances, and commercial growth for the SAP business. This is a hunter-first sales leadership role with end-to-end ownership of SAP practice revenue and P&L. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling SAP services to enterprise clients, deep relationships within the SAP ecosystem, and the ability to build a business from the ground up. You will work closely with the SAP Practice and Delivery leadership teams to shape winning solutions, develop strategic accounts, and establish the organization as a credible and preferred SAP ecosystem partner.

Requirements

  • SAP Ecosystem Alliance Management experience with strong relationships across the SAP partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling SAP Services to enterprise clients.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or technology consulting sales.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of focused experience selling SAP services, including implementations, RISE with SAP, S/4HANA migrations, and AMS.
  • Current or recent experience with a Tier-1/Tier-2 IT services organization, SAP, or a comparable enterprise technology services company.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently closing large enterprise SAP deals.
  • Strong existing relationships with SAP India partner/alliance teams and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Proven CXO-level engagement and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter profile with demonstrated ability to build pipeline and acquire new logos from near-zero.
  • Strong understanding of SAP transformation programs and enterprise buying processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 12–18+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with significant SAP sales leadership exposure.
  • Demonstrated success owning large revenue targets and building new SAP business lines.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and commercial leadership skills.
  • Excellent CXO-level communication and presentation abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience selling RISE with SAP and S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise accounts in Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, or GCC segments.
  • Experience selling SAP transformation, cloud migration, integration, or managed services.
  • Experience developing joint GTM motions and co-selling with SAP.
  • Experience selling into Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Strong understanding of SAP cloud transformation and modernization trends.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall revenue, bookings, pipeline, and P&L for the SAP practice.
  • Develop and execute the SAP business growth strategy to achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue through direct sales, partner-led opportunities, co-selling, and strategic alliances.
  • Identify new revenue streams and expand the SAP services portfolio across target markets and industries.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with SAP India, SAP partner/alliance teams, RISE with SAP GTM teams, and regional account organizations.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling opportunities, and partner-led business initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at SAP ecosystem events, partner councils, industry forums, and joint GTM activities.
  • Strengthen the organization's positioning within the SAP partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new-logo enterprise opportunities.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic accounts across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, and GCCs.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, solution teams, procurement, and executive sponsors.
  • Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling SAP services.
  • Build a strong and predictable SAP sales pipeline from the ground up.
  • Own pipeline coverage, opportunity qualification, sales forecasting, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting across direct, partner-sourced, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Establish structured sales processes, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics for the SAP business.
  • Collaborate with SAP Practice Heads, solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Shape commercial models, fixed-price offerings, implementation proposals, and managed services engagements.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer business objectives and SAP transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and drive opportunities through contract closure.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing SAP sales and pre-sales organization as the practice scales.
  • Develop junior sales and pre-sales talent and establish strong sales enablement processes.
  • Create a culture focused on accountability, customer value, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful transition from sales to execution.
