Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA functional delivery experience, with 5+ years leading teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
- Proven success implementing or optimizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud in manufacturing or supply‑chain‑heavy environments.
- Deep functional expertise across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
- Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, testing cycles, and cloud architecture.
- A leadership style that blends influence, clarity, and hands‑on execution.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

- SAP certifications (Activate, Cloud ALM, CoE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional charge on our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout—owning process design, solution validation, and delivery execution.
- Run high‑energy workshops that turn business challenges into SAP‑powered solutions.
- Get hands‑on with functional design, ensuring configuration, testing, and integrations hit the mark.
- Partner with leaders across the business, becoming the go‑to expert who translates operational needs into scalable SAP capabilities.
- Guide and challenge System Integrators, ensuring quality, accountability, and momentum.
- Champion standardization, eliminating complexity and driving SAP best practices across the enterprise.
- Lead UAT, training, and readiness efforts, ensuring teams are confident and prepared for go‑live.
- Track KPIs and system performance, driving continuous improvement long after deployment.
- Stay plugged into SAP innovation, bringing forward ideas that keep us modern and competitive.
