Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
  • 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA functional delivery experience, with 5+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success implementing or optimizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud in manufacturing or supply-chain-heavy environments.
  • Deep functional expertise across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, testing cycles, and cloud architecture.
  • A leadership style that blends influence, clarity, and hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP certifications (Activate, Cloud ALM, CoE) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional charge on our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout—owning process design, solution validation, and delivery execution.
  • Run high-energy workshops that turn business challenges into SAP-powered solutions.
  • Get hands-on with functional design, ensuring configuration, testing, and integrations hit the mark.
  • Partner with leaders across the business, becoming the go-to expert who translates operational needs into scalable SAP capabilities.
  • Guide and challenge System Integrators, ensuring quality, accountability, and momentum.
  • Champion standardization, eliminating complexity and driving SAP best practices across the enterprise.
  • Lead UAT, training, and readiness efforts, ensuring teams are confident and prepared for go-live.
  • Track KPIs and system performance, driving continuous improvement long after deployment.
  • Stay plugged into SAP innovation, bringing forward ideas that keep us modern and competitive.
