About The Position

VAS Aero Services is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Functional Lead to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an onsite position in Boca Raton, and the selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP.
2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP).
Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring, and using SAP Fiori apps.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data migration and data analysis.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice To Haves

SAP S/4HANA certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.
Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)).
Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.
Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors.
Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations.
Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
