About The Position

Lennox is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Assurance Lead to be responsible for SAP implementation, quality assurance, and support for SAP Ariba, SAP MM, WM, and EWM modules. This role will lead the end-to-end enterprise testing process across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, including Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Cutover testing. The lead will define the test automation strategy, scope, timelines, and test governance, while establishing and communicating testing best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality testing. They will guide capability improvement along a defined roadmap, lead test scenario creation, test case design, sign-off, and execution in a multi-tiered technical environment using tools like Azure DevOps. The position requires prioritizing system quality assurance efforts based on business risk and leading the defect lifecycle management, including triage, root cause analysis, and closure. A strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), RFx processes, direct/indirect procurement, warehouse and logistics processes, release strategies, output determination, account determination, inventory loads, open PO loads, reconciliation activities, and automation for regression and critical business flows is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related/similar field
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as an SAP Architect, SAP Consultant, Package Specialist/Analyst, Software Developer, Team Lead, or in a related/similar position
• 5 years with enterprise testing process in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall, testing strategy and execution in a multi-tiered technical environment, enterprise testing assets and tools like Azure DevOps, prioritizing system quality assurance efforts based on associated business risk, establishing and communicating testing best practices
• 5 years with SAP ECC process flows, testing the integration of SAP ECC with other applications, testing IDocs processing and output types, and SAP quality engineering with Logistics Execution, Materials Management, or Plant Maintenance modules
• 5 years with SAP Ariba, SAP MM, WM, EWM, S4 HANA, SAP SCM, SAP direct and indirect procurement
• 3 years with SAP SLP (supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, supplier training) and GB

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP implementation, quality assurance and support for SAP Ariba, SAP MM, WM, and EWM modules
