SAP QM/PEO consultant
About The Position
We are looking for a SAP QM/PEO consultant with experience in configuration of QM modules, problem solving, product rework from stock, and MRO processes. The role requires hands-on experience with PP-QM and PP-MM integration, complex assembly manufacturing, and the ability to gather requirements, build functional specifications, and guide ABAP developers. The consultant will translate business requirements into functional specifications and guide the development process. Experience with Quality notifications, Quality Inspection, and Business workflow areas is essential, particularly with inspection types 03 & 04. Knowledge of material requirement planning, project stock with WBS elements, and SAP Project Systems (Network orders, WBS elements & PP-PS integration) is also required. Exposure to FIORI and S4HANA applications is mandatory as the company uses an S4HANA-based system.
Requirements
- SAP QM/PEO consultant with experience range 8 to 16 years.
- Configuration expert in QM modules.
- Knowledge on ‘problem solving or product rework/rework from stock’ & MRO process would be essential.
- Exposure to the FIORI applications and S4HANA application is obligatory since our application is S4HANA based.
- Hands on with PP-QM, PP-MM integration.
- Capable of requirement gathering, building functional specifications.
- Guide ABAP developer on the solution and test with business acumen.
- Sum up the business requirement into the business process and help breakdown those into the items to be built from development perspective.
- SAP consultant with experience in Quality notification, Quality Inspection, Business workflow area.
- Hands on with SAP quality notification business workflow is a plus.
- Worked on inspection type origin 03 & 04.
- Hands on experience on material requirement planning and experience with the project stock with involvement of WBS elements.
- Theoretical knowledge on the SAP project systems (Network orders, WBS elements & PP-PS integration via MA & IKs).
- Green card holder or US national is must.
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience of aerospace & defense or automobile would be nice to have.
- Experience in complex assembly manufacturing preferred.
- At least 1 - 2 SAP implementation project experience preferred in both Quality module (Good to have: production planning).
- Hands on with SAP quality notification business workflow is a plus.
