We are currently hiring skilled professionals for SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to join our growing team.

Requirements

8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in PS module
Deep expertise in work breakdown structure (WBS) design and project hierarchies
Strong experience in project planning including scheduling, milestone management, and network planning
Proficiency in project budgeting, budget control, and variance analysis
Hands-on experience with resource planning and resource management
Solid understanding of project accounting, cost control, and earned value analysis
Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
Understanding of project management capabilities in SAP S/4HANA cloud environment
Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for project systems modules
Experience with project master data migration and WBS structure design
Strong understanding of integration patterns with materials management, time management, and financial systems
Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
Strong understanding of project management and project accounting business processes across industries
Excellent ability to translate project requirements into technical project management solutions
Experience leading project management requirements workshops and change management
Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related discipline

Nice To Haves

MBA preferred
SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) preferred
SAP Activate Certification strongly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certifications are advantageous
Knowledge of project analytics and real-time project monitoring capabilities in cloud

Responsibilities

Design and configure SAP PS modules, including work breakdown structure (WBS), project hierarchies, scheduling, milestone management, and network planning.
Manage project planning, budgeting, budget control, and variance analysis.
Oversee resource planning and management within SAP PS.
Configure project billing, revenue recognition, and billing rules.
Implement and manage project accounting, cost control, and earned value analysis.
Utilize SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for project management, including understanding its capabilities and the SAP Activate Framework.
Perform project master data migration and WBS structure design.
Ensure integration with materials management, time management, and financial systems.
Conduct testing, manage defects, and document project processes.
Translate project requirements into technical project management solutions.
Lead project management requirements workshops and manage change.
Work effectively in agile and waterfall project methodologies.
