About The Position

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Project Manager I to guide key IT and business systems initiatives across their ERP, CRM, and POS environments. This role is crucial for improving processes, adopting solutions, and delivering projects that support daily business operations. The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between IT, business users, vendors, and stakeholders, leading projects from planning to delivery. This includes supporting requirements gathering, solution design, communication, testing, implementation, and adoption. The role involves coordinating projects across business and technology teams, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and aligned with business needs. It also requires partnering with business users to understand processes, identify improvements, and support system solutions, as well as coordinating user acceptance testing, communication plans, training, and adoption activities. The Project Manager will also track project budgets, benefits, ROI, vendor deliverables, risks, and lessons learned, while supporting resource planning and promoting project management best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with MRP, ERP, and/or CRM systems, with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience using project or portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate work through influence, even without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or related certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
