About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives * Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes * Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness * Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks * Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets * Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies * Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals * Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations Your contribution to the team: * Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies * Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration * Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals * Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams * Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance * Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives

Requirements

  • Experience working with large IT ERP programs and SAP engagement and project management experience.
  • Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.
  • Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
  • Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
  • Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
  • Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
  • Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
