SAP Program Manager/Director
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager/Director to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role requires a strong background in SAP, with a progression from consultant to leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in S/4HANA transformations, program governance, and managing multi-vendor, global teams. This is a full-time, onsite position with a long-term commitment, based in Indianapolis, IN, or a client location. We are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership and client-facing skills, capable of managing executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Progression from SAP Functional/Technical Consultant to Program Director/Program Manager roles.
- Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Extensive experience in program governance, PMO setup, and escalation management.
- Strong leadership and client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments and global delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum
- Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
