About The Position

This role supports the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. The position works across testing, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities, ensuring delivery outcomes are structured, coordinated, and effectively executed across multiple teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP or large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with testing lifecycles, defect management, and test coordination
• Experience supporting operational readiness and transition-to-support activities
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners in complex environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run workshops and engage diverse teams
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive issues through to resolution
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• A valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program across testing, readiness, and deployment activities
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dress rehearsals, and production verification testing
• Manage and track defects, issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors
• Support operational readiness and transition-to-support planning activities
• Facilitate workshops with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities
• Produce clear documentation, reporting, and executive updates to support governance and decision-making
