About The Position

This role requires a SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with proven skills in SAP PM and MM or another maintenance system. The consultant will be responsible for Work Order Management, Work Notification Management, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and managing Technical Objects such as Equipment, Functional locations, Bills of Materials, Measuring Points, Work Centers, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans. The role also involves Document Management System (Attachments), Spare Parts Planning and Inventory Management, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Analytics, and Mobility Solutions (Asset Manager, Work Manager). The position is located in Blythewood, South Carolina, and requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional maintenance experience in industry (automotive production preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or another technical fields. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in production/maintenance systems such as SAP or another maintenance system.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a complex production/IT landscape in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Autonomous working approach
• Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
