About The Position
Focus on SAP ECC Production Planning Consultant who worked extensively in Work Centers, Bill of materials, Routings and Production Orders execution. PCS (Production Control & Scheduling) MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice. Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire. Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck).
Requirements
- SAP ECC Production Planning Consultant experience
- Extensive experience in Work Centers, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Production Orders execution
- Experience with PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)
- Knowledge of MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice
- Experience in requirement gathering with business process owners
- Experience filling in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire
- Experience planning/building Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)
- S/4 Experience
- A&D Experience
- Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
- Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
- External Processing wit Subcontracting
- Production Order Kitting
- Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
- Rework and Production Order Splitting
- Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
- Integration with PLM systems
- Integration with MES systems
- Functional specification authoring
