They train people on "new" SAP like S/4HANA and Cloud and offer support through a 50,000+ member community. The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) solve client business problems leveraging innovation, intelligence, industry insights, new IT, and new technology skills, providing geographic diversity, resilience, and access to deep industry knowledge and tech expertise. The role involves supporting the end-to-end SAP Payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for clients. This includes analyzing payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues related to wage calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance. The analyst will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll operations and data integrity, validate inputs, process runs, and perform reconciliations. They will also prepare and review payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation, assist in configuring and maintaining SAP Payroll systems (wage types, schemas, rules), identify process improvement opportunities, and provide support during system upgrades, testing, and new functionality implementations. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office, with a preferred location in Montreal, Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP Payroll experience, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll data validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Bilingual English/French is required
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions
  • Supported payroll projects involving system upgrades or new implementations

Responsibilities
