About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Configuration and Development Professional with a strong background in both SAP ECC and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll system design, analysis, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record of supporting global implementations. This role involves configuring SAP Payroll, designing and supporting payroll conversions, resolving production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience (ECC 5.0 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) cloud configuration and conversion.
• Strong experience in payroll system design and analysis.
• Experience working on global SAP ECP implementations.
• Ability to write functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Strong understanding of interface analysis and system integrations.
• Experience in unit testing and integration testing of configurations.
• Experience supporting live SAP ECC payroll production environments.
• Experience designing and executing test scripts for integration testing.
• Experience working with customers to validate design and obtain testing sign-off.
• Experience analyzing and resolving payroll configuration issues and bugs.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Payroll in ECC and ECP environments.
• Design and support payroll conversion from SAP on-prem to SAP ECP cloud.
• Fix bugs and issues in live SAP ECC payroll systems.
• Create functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Perform interface and integration analysis.
• Develop and execute unit and integration test scripts.
• Validate test results by executing and reviewing pass/fail outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders for design validation and sign-off.
• Support global SAP ECP implementation initiatives.
