The SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives. The Functional Consultant will work closely with Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO). A minimum of 2 years of Quality Management experience, including inspection and quality notification processing, is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field and 3–5 years of relevant SAP MM functional experience, including configuration, testing leadership, and client-facing delivery responsibilities; or no degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to own deliverables, solve moderately complex problems, and coordinate across technical and functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting integrated process design with at least two of: SD, FI/CO, PP.
Ability to obtain a Government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Must live on the east coast and willing to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

4+ years SAP Order Management experience (preferred).
Experience in public sector or regulated/government client environments.
SAP certification(s) in MM and/or related modules.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements
Integration experience with cross-process teams, CO, FI, SD, QM and PP
Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
Business process design and system analysis
Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
