About The Position

Infosys Consulting is looking for an accomplished consulting leader with 18-20 years of experience in SAP enabled transformations, with a strong track record in selling and delivering S/4HANA programs across Life Sciences clients in two or more of the areas of Pharmaceuticals, Med devices, Animal Health, Contract Manufacturing, Bio Pharma. We are looking for someone who has proven success leading SAP S/4HANA and has experience in bringing a powerful combination of strategic advisory, practice leadership, sales growth, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 18-20 years of experience in SAP enabled transformations.
  • Strong track record in selling and delivering S/4HANA programs across Life Sciences clients in two or more of the areas of Pharmaceuticals, Med devices, Animal Health, Contract Manufacturing, Bio Pharma.
  • Proven success leading SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in bringing a powerful combination of strategic advisory, practice leadership, sales growth, and delivery excellence.
  • 18-20+ years of project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in Life Sciences industry.
  • Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Proven excellence in commercial development.
  • Previous leadership experience within a services organisation.
  • Strong sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels.
  • Strong networks, relationships and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles etc.
  • Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Recognized expert in SAP.
  • Proven thought leadership within the field of SAP.
  • Intuitive ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise and compelling way.
  • Collaborative team player, with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves.
  • Inspiring leadership style.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.

Responsibilities

  • Key account consulting anchors, leading sales, delivery & proposition development.
  • Project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Commercial development, commanding a presence with senior executives both internally and externally with ambition to exceed targets and expectations.
  • Mentoring and guiding teams of consultants under direct leadership, as well as indirect and matrixed teams to harness talent, whilst delivering overall client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary solutions for solving client’s problems.
  • Sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels.
  • Building networks, relationships and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles etc.
  • Interacting as a peer at Board level in client companies and comfortable working at senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility and trust with key customers.
  • Selling and delivering consulting and technology services, whilst delivering business objectives within large corporate environments where there is rapid change.
  • Operating and excelling in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Aligning the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision.
  • Production, syndication/publication of marketable knowledge.
  • Representing complex concepts in a clear, concise and compelling way.
