About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The SAP iXp Intern - Project Management and Reporting will join the Strategic Programs & Events team. This team plans and delivers some of SAP’s largest internal events, supporting the rollout and cascade of product strategy and employee engagement across more than 40 locations worldwide. The intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple project and event workstreams, utilize technical skills in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting, explore process improvements through automation, AI, and templates, coordinate and document key activities, and learn how cross-functional teams deliver high-impact experiences.

Requirements

  • Student currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year at an accredited university studying in the areas of Computer Science, Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Commerce/Business Administration.
  • A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
  • A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies — especially artificial intelligence — paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.
  • Highly organized, and reliably follow through on commitments.
  • Can dynamically reprioritize tasks when the need arises.
  • Have a technical mindset and enjoy improving workflows with automation, AI, or smarter processes.
  • Comfortable working independently; are not shy about proactively asking questions or seeking answers for yourself.
  • Enjoy turning data into insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • Feel confident presenting or facilitating discussions with groups, or want to get more experience.
  • Some project management experience (coursework, clubs, co‑ops) or a strong interest in growing these skills.
  • Curious, creative, and always thinking about better ways of doing things.
  • Functional proficiency in English is required.
