About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The Global Delivery Hub is strategically assembled to deliver high-quality end-to-end service delivery and expertise in full alignment with our SAP Services and Support portfolio, focusing on driving adoption, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and accelerating customer value. The main task of the Global Delivery Hub is to understand the new business models and translate these models into solutions according to implementation plans, deployment plans, and timelines. With the use of SAP Best Practices derived from best-run businesses in specific industries and geographies, deployments are accelerated. SAP’s Customer Evolution Organization is looking for a motivated working student to support the Customer Evolutions Digital Supply Chain Team in helping our SAP Installed Base customers transition to the Cloud.

Requirements

  • Well versed with Microsoft Office 365 products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint, Co-Pilot
  • Familiar with AI assisted developer tools available on the market – can be learned on the job
  • General understanding of software development cycles

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting of AI customer use cases developed by our Global Delivery Hub (GDH) consultants
  • Create insights based on reports and prepare weekly management summary on trend, status, outlook
  • Automate the creation of customer success stories based on AI Use Case reporting
  • Creation of interfaces / APIs to other reporting frameworks to retrieve advanced insights and to provide data
  • Host AI learning series and ensure timely update of invitations and documentation on SharePoint
  • Validation of AI Use cases against product standards and guidelines
