  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Ability to present technical architecture to executive audiences.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.

  • SAP certification in IBP or related modules

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of SAP IBP implementations across one or more planning domains.
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and system landscape for IBP deployments within an SAP S/4HANA or hybrid ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution blueprints, including fit-gap analysis and design decisions.
  • Establish best-practice configuration standards and ensure alignment with SAP's quarterly release roadmap.
  • Lead or support full project lifecycle activities: workshops, blueprint, realisation, testing, hypercare, and handover.
  • Engage C-suite and VP-level supply chain stakeholders; present architectures, trade-offs, and recommendations with clarity.
  • Mentor and review the work of functional consultants and junior architects on project teams.
  • Coordinate with SAP basis, integration, and data engineering teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
  • Support bid and proposal activities: estimate effort, scope work packages, and articulate value propositions.
  • Contribute to practice assets — accelerators, templates, methodology guides, demo environments.
  • Stay current with SAP IBP product direction and bring insights back to the team and clients.

Benefits

  • Structured SAP certification sponsorship and continuous learning budget.
  • Competitive total compensation with performance bonus.
  • Flexible / hybrid working model and a collaborative team culture.
